We are hiring for Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Maintenance Officer

Multiple locations – Belfast / Antrim / Armagh / Down / Fermanagh / Londonderry / Tyrone

• Demonstrable experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Design and Installation
• Swiftly and effectively respond to urgent repair requests affecting mechanical, electrical systems, and infrastructure, including kitchen equipment, minimizing disruption.
• Should be able handle emergency maintenance and repairs for a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment to restore functionality promptly and safely.
• Conduct regular site visits to address day-to-day maintenance issues and execute planned maintenance programs to prevent future problems
• Ensure all maintenance activities and installations comply with relevant regulations and legislation, with a strong focus on health and safety standards
