Talent Guardian is currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator on behalf of our client based in Poole. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, ideal for someone confident in managing a range of finance and credit control duties. Our client is flexible so they will consider full time or part time hours Key Responsibilities:
- Sending customer account statements promptly and accurately
- Chasing outstanding debts via email and telephone
- Providing copies of invoices or credit notes upon request
- Handling delivery account pull-throughs
- Updating account commentary on internal spreadsheets
- Performing general account housekeeping to ensure accuracy between invoicing and delivery records
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience in finance administration or credit control
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with finance/accounting systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
