Role Overview

The Customer Technology Advisor is a strategic role within the Go-To-Market team, focused on delivering innovative and high-impact technology solutions to clients. This individual acts as a trusted expert and advisor, collaborating with consulting and architecture teams to drive sales, pre-sales, and delivery efforts through technical excellence and customer insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consult and customer partner teams to identify and drive high-value opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts that showcase technical solutions.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for customers.
  • Provide technical leadership across sales, pre-sales, and delivery stages.
  • Leverage deep domain expertise to shape cross-practice solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Support consulting, advisory, and architectural activities with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer alignment.
  • Coordinate pre-sales processes and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external alliance partners.
  • Actively contribute to co-creating joint solutions and go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Demonstrate end-to-end domain knowledge and maintain relevant technical certifications.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Deep domain knowledge in one or more technical service offerings.
  • Proven ability to convert technical insights into actionable customer-focused solutions.
  • Prior experience in consultative selling of complex technical services.
  • Recognized external expertise in areas such as:
  • Vulnerability management
  • Cyber tolerant backup
  • DORA compliance
  • NIST frameworks
  • Modern SOAR SOC services
  • Risk-based vulnerability remediation
  • Digital operational resiliency

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling technical services to clients across multiple industries.

Benefits

  • £80,000 – £95,000
  • Up to 40% bonus
