Based in our Milton Keynes head office, our Rail team is one of the most successful teams and we’re now looking for new consultants to share in our success!

Key duties:

  • Building and developing positive relationships with clients
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies , their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
  • Headhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
  • Targets: Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
  • Business Development: Using sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companies.

You will manage recruitment campaigns within a skill-short market so being articulate and having attention to detail will help with candidate attraction. Being involved in a small team presents opportunity to receive support and development as well as getting noticed for achievements.

  • Ambition and Motivation: A strong desire to succeed
  • Proven track record: A strong background in recruitment, specifically within the Rail/Transportation industry
  • Business Development skills: Experience working in a 360/business development recruitment role
  • Building Relationships: The ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Sourcing Methods: Experience using various sourcing methods, including internal CRM, job boards and social media to identify and screen potential candidates.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational and time management abilities
