Perrys Multi-Brand Milton Keynes is hiring a Used Car Sales Manager.
Hours: To be discussed
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Perrys is one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups, serving customers since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. They are official franchised dealers for many popular UK car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Used Car Sales Manager duties include:
- Overseeing a busy sales department with a team of Sales Executives, Business Managers, and Administration staff, reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Managing the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring dealership and manufacturer standards are met.
- Working to and exceeding targets on unit sales and additional products.
- Coaching and developing team members.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within a successful car dealership.
- Proven track record of success.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Driven and passionate individual.
