Air Export Operator
Location: Feltham, Greater London
Salary: £40,000 and based on experience

A leading name in global freight forwarding is seeking a skilled and experienced Air Export Operator to join their team based near Heathrow. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
- Prepare and submit export documentation including AWBs, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
- Book cargo with airlines and manage communication with agents, carriers, and clients
- Monitor shipments, proactively resolve issues, and keep all parties informed of progress
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and company procedures
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in air export operations within the freight forwarding sector
- Strong understanding of export documentation and customs processes
- Familiarity with systems such as Cargowise, CNS, Destin8 and CDS.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
