Role: Contracts Manager (Procurement)

Location: Stoke – 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Type: Permanent

Salary: £37k to £45k

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Permanent Contracts Manager forthe University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust in Stoke.

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for procurement activity relating to the management of a portfolio of Clinical contracts that sit across multiple Trusts.

Responsibilities – Contracts Manager

• To manage the procurement projects, including pre- and post-tender discussions
• To take an overview of an allocated portfolio
• Analysis of portfolio both contract and non-contract
• To monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers
• To be responsible for the analysis of trends in purchasing activity
• To provide regular and ad hoc management reports

Person Specification – Contracts Manager

• Strong purchasing skills
• Contract management experience, including contract negotiations
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
