Salesforce Architect – Contract – Hybrid (Milton Keynes)

Robert Half is supporting a global consulting firm to bring in a Salesforce Architect as an associate contractor to support a key banking client on a high-impact Salesforce migration project. This is a hands-on role with architectural oversight, focused on configuring Salesforce to meet business needs and support the migration of legacy sales data systems.

Key Details:

• Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site in Milton Keynes
• Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 via umbrella)
• Duration: 6 months initially

Role Overview:

• Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce within the financial services space
• Work with business leads and data leads to align technical solutions
• Oversee architectural setup while contributing directly to system configuration and optimisation
• Help ensure successful transition and adoption from existing sales systems into Salesforce

Requirements:

• Strong background as a Salesforce Architect (ideally with experience in financial services or mortgages)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Hands-on with configuration, not just high-level design
• Proven experience in complex data migrations and stakeholder engagement
