What You’ll Be Doing:nCreating high-performing
short-form video content
across TikTok, Reels and YouTube ShortsnManaging Boot Buddy’s social channels — posting, engaging, growing and refining our presencenLeading day-to-day content planning and
owning the content calendarnJumping on trends early and finding creative ways to make them brand-relevantnWriting smart, engaging captions and making sure everything feels on-brandnBriefing in or working alongside freelance creators where needednReviewing analytics to refine your creative approach and grow reach & engagementnContributing ideas to product campaigns, launches and partnerships

What We’re Looking For:nSomeone with
proven experience making great content
— ideally for brands or your own channelsnStrong video editing skills using tools like
CapCut, Final Cut, or Adobe PremierenDeep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and what makes social-first content worknA love of creative storytelling, youth culture, and internet trendsnOrganised, self-motivated and comfortable owning both creative and publishingnConfident behind the camera (and potentially in front of it too!)nBonus: experience with UGC-style content and working with creators/influencers
